An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Estimator to join a well-established developer and residential builder delivering projects across Melbourne.
The business has a strong and consistent pipeline including medium-density townhouse developments, new homes and select commercial projects, and is looking to add an estimator who can ensure projects are accurately costed and prepared for construction.

The Opportunity

Working within an established estimating and construction team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate production estimates and coordinating procurement documentation prior to site commencement.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and locked construction budgets
