Our client is currently hiring for the position of production Engineer.

Responsibilities:

. Lead, mentor and manage a team of 50+ production operatives, technicians and fabricators across the vehicle bodybuilding facility.

. Develop and maintain production schedules, capacity plans and resource allocation to achieve on time delivery targets.

• Implement visual management tools to improve workflow visibility across the shopfloor.

. Oversee all aspects of vehicle fabrication and bodybuilding operations, including structural fabrication, panel fitting, welding, compartment building and finishing.

. Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs and MoS) for all build stages to ensure repeatability and consistency.

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve build issues, assess design-for manufacture improvements and support new product introduction.
