Job Description 1. Work Order Tracking
- Track progress of work orders that are disseminated on the production floor
- Coordinate progress daily and share delays related to production with General Manager and Production team
- Follow up with factory workers on job status when needed
- Assist in closing work order and input of off-cut materials into ERP System
- Tag aluminium offcut pieces and location
- Reconcile offcut pieces with ERP system
- Support inventory adjustments and location transfer in ERP system
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or metal industry is preferred
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese.
