Production Coordinator

A Day in Your Life at MKS: as Production Coordinator at MKS in Malaysia, your responsibility is supporting daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are executed efficiently, and coordinating activities between different departments to meet delivery, quality, and cost targets. In this role, you will report to the Production Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

• Assist production supervisor to coordinate and monitor daily production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders.
• Schedule & Workflow Planning: Releasing work orders, allocating jobs to specific machinery, and updating production timelines based on order priorities.
• Material & Inventory Control: Ordering consumable materials, tracking stock levels using stock cards or ERP/MRP systems, and issuing material requests to prevent line delays.
