Serves as the Production Controller involved in carrying out industrial engineering operations for the Business Operations & Integration Division, through subordinate Branch Chiefs and coordination with other senior level DPW managers, covering Area III. The incumbent advises project management team and staff officials in interpreting the impact of planning for multi-year budgetary changes.
