We are looking for a hands-on, qualified Production Chef with 5+ years of experience in a high-volume food production environment to oversee prep and distribution for the restaurant network. In this role, you will prepare a variety of food items while maintaining strict control over portioning, quality, and kitchen safety protocols. Candidates must possess a formal culinary qualification, excellent time management skills, and the resilience to excel in a high-pressure environment. Strong cooking skills essential.
