**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
+ Package products to meet **weight and quality standards**
+ Run and monitor **production and packaging equipment**
+ Load, stack, and move materials
+ Help with **line changes and keeping production moving**
+ Follow safety rules and keep your area clean
**WHAT YOU NEED**
+ **1+ year** production or warehouse experience
+ Able to lift **50–65 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally)**
+ Comfortable being on your feet all shift
+ Able to work in **dusty environments around hay**
+ Reliable and ready to work
