**Job Title: Production Associate – Latex Department**

**Job Description**
This role supports the latex department by operating production and packaging equipment to mix, fill, and package paint products on a production line. You will work with automated filling, labeling, and packaging machinery to ensure paint cans, stains, and aerosol products are filled accurately, packaged safely, and staged for distribution. The position is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires comfort working around paint, chemicals, and industrial equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work on the production line in the latex department to support mixing and filling of paint products.
+ Start up and shut down conveyor systems, filling machines, and label machines according to established procedures.
+ Select production jobs on the machine interface, enter batch numbers, and set target weights for each run.
