**Job Description**
The Production Associate plays a key role in manufacturing and assembling custom windows and door walls used in residential applications. You will work in one of several production areas, contributing to sub-assembly processes while learning multiple stations across the facility. This position involves hands-on work with materials, tools, and equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble windows and door walls by accurately measuring and cutting vinyl, glass, and other materials according to specifications.
+ Perform repetitive lifting and moving of materials, typically ranging from 10 to 50+ pounds depending on the assigned area.
+ Punch holes into materials using appropriate tools and follow established production methods.
+ Strip materials as required for assembly, ensuring components are prepared correctly.
