■Job summary：
The Production Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with company standards and quality requirements. This position plays a key role in supervising personnel, maintaining safety, and driving continuous improvement within the production area.
