The Production Assembler works on a first-shift schedule to build a wide variety of custom metal products, including industrial cabinets, retail fixtures, and shelving systems. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who want to start a career in manufacturing and gain hands-on experience with different assembly processes, tools, and products while working as part of a collaborative production team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble a variety of metal products and components according to customer orders and specifications.
• Follow blueprints, written work instructions, diagrams, or verbal directions to complete assemblies accurately.
• Use basic hand and power tools, such as drills, wrenches, grinders, and rivet guns, to perform assembly tasks.
• Perform basic fitting, fastening, and alignment of parts to ensure proper function and appearance.
