Product Writer

Responsibilities

• Write and improve Help Center articles, product guides, onboarding materials, and other user-facing content
• Shape content around AI-powered features to help users understand and launch content with Zeely
• Contribute to CRM communications, including emails and product updates
• Collaborate on website, landing page, and promotional copy to support conversion and growth
• Continuously improve existing content based on product updates and user behavior
• Work closely with Product, Design, Marketing, CRM, Support, and Frontend teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product writing, UX writing, copywriting, or technical writing
• Proven experience creating structured user-facing content for digital products
• Strong product thinking and ability to simplify complex features
