About the Role
We're looking for a customer-first Product Support professional to help creators have a seamless experience on our platform. You'll be the bridge between our users and internal teams, ensuring issues are resolved quickly while identifying opportunities to improve creator engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to creator queries via messages and calls, received through the support dashboard, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs.
Resolve creator concerns and provide timely, accurate solutions to ensure a great user experience.
Monitor and respond to all reviews on the Play Store and App Store, addressing concerns and improving user satisfaction.
Review and verify creator profiles to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and quality standards.
