Job Title: Product Specialist
Pay & FSLA Status: $80,000 - $130,000 per year base with commission opportunities , D.O.E.; Salary exempt
Regular Schedule & Shift: Monday – Friday; Day shift
Regular Weekly Hours: Full-time/40 hours per week (overtime as needed)
Paid Time Off (PTO): 80 hours accrued year one, 120 hours accrued following year one
Paid Sick Time: 24 hours annually
Management Position: No
Branch Location: West Valley City, UT
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the branch Sales Manager and Director of Composites, the Product Specialist is responsible for accelerating growth of assigned specialty building product categories across the dealer network by driving dealer readiness, market development, customer engagement, and product expertise within an assigned territory.
