We are looking for a Product Specialist to work with the product team and ensure excellent product delivery. You will have a wealth of knowledge about a product or range and help recommend improvements and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in user interviews, analyze feedback, and collaborate on reviewing product metrics to help the PO prioritize more effectively.
• Identify and suggest product improvements based on Customer Journey mapping and Jobs To Be Done analysis.
• Help the PO groom and maintain the product backlog, ensuring tickets are well‑defined and ready for development.
• Help the PO manage daily product‑related incidents and resolve product‑related questions from other teams (CS, Marketing, Finance, Sales).
