Product Program Manager

Position Summary

This role reports to the Sr Director of Product Management. The Product Program Manager develops and implements data-driven product lifecycle tools and processes to support SSG product category decision-making and growth. The Product Program Manager owns overall project plans and execution of all deliverables while working cross-functionally with stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities

• Works with cross-functional departments and teams to create product lifecycle processes and reporting tools with a focus on growth and profitability of SSG Product Categories.
• Identifies issues and gaps in existing processes and tools. Research best practice alternatives to resolve issues and develop proposed solutions.
• Builds strong relationships with product managers, inventory management, sales and demand planning, and operations teams to ensure process improvements and tools are clearly understood and supported.
