Responsibilities and Duties
- Overall responsible for the Product Management Team (PMT) day-to-day operations to manage a team of Product Management Executives.
- Support the company Heads of Departments to furnish monthly KPI reports.
- Responsible for new product creation and supplier master data management.
- Operational responsibility for the process of retail clearance programs, product removal, and other retail operations support.
- Operations control tower for Product Quality Management, product supplier changes, and coordination of actions.
- Coordinate the annual stock take process across all sites.
- Manage store replenishment of store inventory including identifying slow moving inventory and taking actions.
- Housekeeping of POS system to ensure product details are updated in a timely manner.
