- Lead refinement sessions and sprint planning together with the development team
- Own and define requirements, epics, and user stories with a strong product mindset
- Manage and align with stakeholders across domains (e.g. sales, productmanagement, partners)

- Set and continuously adjust team priorities in line with strategic goals
- Confidently handle mid-sprint changes while maintaining delivery stability
- Take ownership of release planning and communicate timelines transparently
- Provide clear and structured updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Highlight achievements, risks, and trade-offs to ensure transparency and informed decisions
