Product Owner / Project Lead (all genders)

In this role, you will act as the customer representative within an agile development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, business-critical features that create value for customers and meet their expectations. You will define, prioritize, and validate functional and non-functional requirements, manage the team backlog, and help drive successful product development across program increments.
**Your role:**
+ Contribute to and review the program vision, roadmap, and content presentations.
+ Prepare for and participate in release planning, contribute to Program Increment (PI) planning, refine the program backlog, and prioritize portfolio backlogs to continuously translate them into program and team backlogs. Draft the team's objectives for each Program Increment.
