Responsibilities
Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the CRM migration program.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized backlog.
Align CRM capabilities with commercial excellence, omnichannel engagement, and customer experience goals.
Lead functional design and migration from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
