Product Messaging & UX Content Strategist

Overview

We are looking for a senior Product Messaging & Voice Strategist or Content Designer to help define the written-language system for an early-stage AI-assisted digital product.

This is a focused Phase 1 engagement . The goal is not to write every screen in the product, but to create the foundation that will guide future product copy, onboarding, AI-generated outputs, recommendations, summaries, and user-facing explanations.

We need someone who can work across positioning, tone of voice, UX writing, terminology, and AI product content strategy .

The product involves structured user journeys, AI-assisted outputs, and personalized recommendations, so experience with AI-based or AI-assisted products is strongly preferred.
