Job Details
- Contract Duration: 12 Months
- Working Location: Raffles place
- Working Hour: 9am to 6pm
- Manage daily operations of the affiliate program, including partner onboarding, activation, and troubleshooting.
- Set up affiliate tasks, missions, incentives, and tracking assets within internal platforms.
- Runs email campaigns for both acquisition and reactivation
- Manages affiliate community on a day to day scale operations basis.
- Gather and analyze missions and campaign data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and performance bottlenecks.
- Flag anomalies early (e.g., tracking drops, coupon issues, low activation rates).
- Develop and refine SOPs across onboarding, mission or campaign setup, communications, and troubleshooting.
