Ring's mission is to make neighborhoods safer. The Neighbors team advances this mission by building community-powered features that connect people with hyper-local safety information and enable real-time collective action when it matters most — whether that's finding a lost pet, staying informed about local fire events, or helping public safety agencies coordinate with residents.

We are seeking an AI-native Product Manager - Technical (Builder) to own and drive Neighbors community features including Search Party, Fire Watch, and Community Requests. In this role, you will leverage AI tools and approaches throughout your product workflow — from automated data analysis and feature validation to prototyping and accelerating engineering delivery. You will set the AI-native systems and standards that other Builders across the Neighbors team adopt.
