Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the design and implementation of a new enterprise data platform. This role will lead a strategic, multi-year initiative focused on unifying, normalizing, and governing data to support AI-driven use cases in workforce management, ambulatory operations, and revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the product vision, design, and delivery of a next-generation data platform.

Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including strategy, requirements, roadmap development, and execution across matrixed teams.
