Product Manager - Modular Packaged Plants

The role will involve:

• Developing and delivering product strategies for our modularpackaged plant portfolio
• Identifying customer needs, market opportunities, industrytrends and competitor activity
• Defining product positioning, specifications, pricing andcommercial strategies
• Working closely with engineering, sales, project deliveryand operations teams to develop product requirements and roadmaps
• Managing the full product lifecycle, from concept and designthrough to launch, delivery and ongoing support
• Supporting sales activities through technical input, productpresentations, proposals and customer engagement
• Ensuring packaged plant solutions meet performance, quality, customer and regulatory requirements
• Monitoring product performance and gathering feedback fromcustomers and internal teams
• Driving standardisation, innovation and continuousimprovement across the product portfolio
