The Team You’ll Join

The Train Team is responsible for the adaptive training engine that powers every plan our runners follow, and the machine learning models that sit alongside it to guide customers if they start going off‑track. It sits at the centre of our product and is one of the main reasons customers choose and remain loyal to Runna — the quality of our training plans is our biggest market differentiator. By combining past and current performance data, the engine and the models continually adapt each runner’s training plan, ensuring it remains personalised, effective and engaging.
