Job Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant industry work experience, willingness to travel to major core cities in South Africa, and possession of good learning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Main responsibilities

Responsible for on-site management and achievement of store retail performance for Haier brand across major channels, partner customers, and core subdealers' stores in South Africa, with specific details as follows:

Training Management

• Training Courseware Optimization and Upgrade: Refinement of key selling points of existing products and optimization of sales messaging, output of sales confrontation messaging for key models of competing products;
• Personnel Training: Internal - Training and communication for all employees of Haier Company and BA; External - Customer owners, procurement managers, and FSP;
