Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to deliver impactful product solutions.
- Gather and analyze user, business, and operational requirements to define product improvements and new features.
- Support the product lifecycle from ideation, planning, and execution to launch, monitoring, and continuous enhancement.
- Use data and user insights to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities, and drive data‑informed decisions.
- Define and track key product metrics, conduct analyses, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare product documentation (PRDs), requirements, user stories, and process workflows to support development and implementation.
