The role holder is responsible for driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital learning products aimed at enhancing the digital capabilities of Dubai’s workforce and citizens. Those products include digital skills platforms, competency frameworks, and training programs to upskill the workforce in Dubai. This involves developing overarching product strategies and roadmaps and managing product lifecycles from both the business and technical standpoints. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of product management expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for digital transformation and lifelong learning.
