Product Manager – Development

Your Job

As a Development Product Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end execution of new product development (NPD) programs, ensuring products are delivered on time, at target cost, and with required quality. You will act as the execution owner, bridging engineering, project management, and commercial teams to enable successful product launches and scalable business growth aligned with portfolio strategy and business objectives.

The Team

You will be part of the PSBU Signal Product Management team, based in Yokohama. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners including Product Development, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Quality, Sales & BDM, Supply Chain, Marketing / MarCom, and Finance. Externally, you will collaborate with key customers, distributors, and technology or ecosystem partners across Japan and globally.
