Product Manager Airport CX

• Shape the future of Australian airport infrastructure by defining customer touchpoints such as check-in, bag drop, transit and boarding 
• Develop future service concepts, operating models and technology requirements that inform infrastructure investment and design decisions 
• Fixed-term contract based at our Mascot Campus, through to October 2027
