Product Engineering Supervisor

Position Description

The Engineering Supervisor reports to the Engineering Manager and works within the Engineering Department to lead the design and continuous improvement of assigned Data Center Air Handling Unit cooling products. The role involves supervising designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of 2‑4 engineers and 1‑2 CAD designers, overseeing project assignment and work progress. Set clear expectations, assign tasks, and ensure the team delivers high‑quality results.
• Lead engineering launch activities for awarded business, including completion of customer submittals, release of design and drawings for prototypes and production, and successful completion of all customer and regulatory testing for field acceptance.
