Job Description
- Support the Sales team by providing technical consultation after initial client engagement
- Analyze client requirements, building specifications, and project scope
- Design and propose suitable fire alarm and fire protection systems (e.g., detectors, control panels, sprinklers, FM-200, Novec 1230)
- Prepare TOR (Terms of Reference), BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimations, and technical proposals
- Ensure all designs comply with local fire safety regulations and project requirements
- Coordinate with engineering and installation teams for feasibility and execution alignment
- Participate in client meetings to explain technical solutions and build confidence
- Assist the Sales team in closing deals by providing accurate and competitive technical solutions
- Maintain documentation and support project handover after sales
