Develop and execute the comprehensive product roadmap and overarching business strategy for the LC & LCMS portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. Deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including budget management, resource allocation, and performance metrics (KPIs) to drive profitable growth. Champion a customer‑centric approach, gathering deep market and customer insights to identify opportunities and translate needs into actionable product requirements and innovative solutions. Drive go‑to‑market (GTM) plans and product launch initiatives in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Applications teams to maximize adoption and revenue.
