Vacancy Description
The Product Development Scientist supports product innovation and technology transfer activities, including product profile and taste replication, raw material and supplier development, and store procedure standardization. This role also assists in monitoring food and packaging costs, coordinating quality control activities for franchised brand incubation, and maintaining proper documentation of product standards, quality requirements, and regulatory compliance.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
New Product Development
- Support the creation and development of concepts, formulations, and prototypes for new products
- Ensure product readiness and completeness of requirements for internal review and approval
