Product Development & Merchandising Assistant

Blue Nile is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Development & Merchandising Assistant to support and drive key merchandising and product development initiatives across the business. This role serves as a highly collaborative partner to Product Development, Merchandising, Marketing, Social, PR, and Creative teams helping bring jewelry collections from concept through execution while ensuring alignment in product storytelling, assortment curation and strategy, quality, and brand presentation.

The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and creatively minded, with excellent organizational and communication skills, a high level of ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
