Product Development Manager
On-site, Lausanne l Full-time l Permanent contract
Our client is an innovative company in the health and longevity sector, focused on developing science-driven nutrition and personal care products. They are looking for a Product Development Manager to drive product innovation from concept to commercialisation across a diverse portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch across nutrition and personal care categories
- Develop and refine formulations in collaboration with internal scientists and external partners
- Coordinate pilot and industrial scale-up activities with contract manufacturers, including on-site support
- Act as a key interface between R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams across Switzerland and the USA
- Manage project timelines, technical documentation, and cross-functional deliverables
