Reporting directly to the COO , you will drive commercial innovation, build brand categories across retail and foodservice, and lead cross-functional teams to bring high-quality products to market.
What You’ll Do
- Drive NPD: Manage everything from sample and trial stages through to full commercialization and launch.
- Grow the Brand: Co-develop category strategies to hit Sales and Gross Profit targets while enforcing brand guidelines....
