Product Development Leader - North America

Lead product innovation as the Regional Head of Product Development in major U.S. cities and Toronto. Manage cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance and product consistency across business lines.
The Regional Head of Product Development will report to the Chief Technical Officer and oversee product development resources throughout North America. With a minimum of 11 years in product development or underwriting, you will be responsible for governance frameworks and the coordination of product activities that address regulatory needs. Your role includes building relationships with stakeholders to foster teamwork and drive product clarity.
