Product Development Engineer – Technical Textiles & Advanced Membranes

Plasmagear is hiring a Product Development Engineer to support our R&D and product development team. You'll work hands‑on with electrospinning, membrane lamination, and material characterization, helping move new products from prototype through to pilot‑scale production. A portion of the role will also involve technical sales — supporting customer discussions, market fit, and translating product capabilities into solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career engineer to grow within a fast‑moving advanced‑materials company.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support electrospinning processes (needle‑based and needle‑less pilot‑scale systems), including solution preparation and process parameter optimization.
