- Identify customer needs, product gaps, and innovation opportunities in the aroma diffuser market
- Collaborate with suppliers, marketing, and operations teams to conceptualize new product ideas
- Develop, test, and refine product prototypes, including diffusers, scents, packaging, and variants
- Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to improve product quality and performance
- Oversee product development timelines from concept to production and launch
- Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and brand standards
- Work closely with Warehouse and E-commerce teams to ensure product readiness for launch and distribution
