Product Designer (UX/UI)

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of Avant Power’s cloud-based energy solutions. You’ll work closely with product owners, engineers, domain experts, and end users to design intuitive, efficient, and visually compelling interfaces for both internal and customer-facing applications.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing intuitive and accessible interfaces for web-based applications and machines / equipment
• Conducting user research, interviews, workshops, and usability studies with both internal users and external customers
• Understanding user needs, workflows, and business requirements, and translating them into effective product experiences
• Validating designs through user testing and iterative improvement
• Maintaining and evolving design systems, component libraries, and UX guidelines
