This is a high-impact design leadership role focused on shaping the future of a Design System in an AI-first product ecosystem. You will be responsible for evolving a scalable, multi-product foundation that supports Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Payments solutions. The role sits at the intersection of product design, systems thinking, and AI experience design, defining how humans and agents interact through consistent, reusable, and intelligent interfaces. You will work closely with engineering, product, and AI teams to establish design standards, semantic token architecture, and governance models.
