As a Product Designer in the Lending segment, you shape the end-to-end user experience for credit-related products within a Financial Empowerment domain. You work with a small, cross-functional team to translate complex lending flows into clear, user-friendly experiences. You’ll contribute to a production-scale design system, ground decisions in data and research, and mentor peers while leading multiple workstreams. This role offers the chance to impact customers’ financial lives beyond single products, in a fast-paced, autonomy-rich environment.
