Product Design Lead

Leading projects and product design teams. Take ownership of large, ambiguous projects and are accountable for design quality of products and processes on the design team. Actively mentor and coach other designers to help them grow their skill sets.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist in leading a team of designers to carry out end-to-end design process and experience management (user validation, user testing, feedback collection).
• Shape the team's roadmap and goals by providing input from a user's perspective, ensuring they pursue achievable, measurable and impactful goals.
• Demonstrate speed and efficiency in translating ideas into prototypes using modern AI tools (Replit, Lovable, Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate design exploration and stakeholder alignment.
