Vacancy Description
- Conversation Design & Flow Implementation: Design, write, and configure natural dialogue scripts and robust conversation flows for AI agents (voice and chat), leveraging LLM/NLU technologies and our proprietary platform to address various use cases in customer service, sales, and collections, etc.
- Requirement Analysis & Solution Translation: Work with CSM/Sales and clients to analyze their key challenges and operational pain points, translating them into detailed, actionable, and technically sound configuration plans for the AI solution, including defined intents, dialogue states, and response logic.
- Performance Optimization & Iteration: Take ownership of AI agent performance post-launch by monitoring key metrics (e.g., resolution rate, escalation rate, CSAT), analyzing conversation logs and user feedback to identify root causes of issues, and driving continuous improvements in dialogue quality and workflow efficiency.
