Product Commodity Manager (Coffee)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be a graduate of any four (4) years Business, Food Technology, or Culinary with specialty in Coffee.
• With at least 8 to 10 years in a sensory-focused role within an FMCG or high-volume specialty coffee environment. With experience in managing a team or launching a coffee program.
• Experience in coffee category management, sourcing, evaluating, testing coffee beans.
• Must be a Licensed Q Arabica (or Q Robusta) Grader : Must hold a current, valid license from the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI).
• Equivalent certification and exposure.
• Active involvement in the Specialty Coffee Association of the Philippines (SCAP) or the Philippine Coffee Board Inc. (PCBI) is highly preferred.
• Reports to Head Office, BGC, Taguig City.
