Product Applications Engineer 2 (Spector)

Overview

Veeco’s Malaysia location is seeking a technically sound applications engineer to help develop and research new applications. Veeco is well positioned with strong teams, differentiated thin‑film process technologies, and an entrepreneurial culture that supports customer product development and employees’ career growth.

The primary objective of this role is to support process qualification for incoming tools, develop and optimize applications under guidance, and assist with customer‑facing activities. The applications engineer will also identify opportunities for Veeco to add value through new product development and enhancements to existing products aligned with our core technologies.

In this role, the applications engineer will work closely with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams to build technical capability.
