Our mission is to reach new audiences, on new platforms with new content. This is an exciting producer role which is initially centred around working with our streaming team, but with the opportunity beyond that to work across all ITV News output across programmes, digital and newsgathering.
You contribute to explainers, midform digital content and daily news delivery on YouTube and ITVX, as well as optimising content - working on thumbnails, headlines and creative, effective sells - to get the best out of ITV News coverage.
The successful candidate will edit YouTube toppers and long interviews, cut long belts of broadcast content for streaming and create thumbnail and headline plans for stories - there are also opportunities to pitch explainers and midform digital content.
