Procurement Tailspend Analysis

• Analyze spend data to identify trends, savings, and risks
• Segment spend by supplier, category, and business unit
• Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and cost reduction
• Create dashboards and reports for procurement performance
• Support RFQs, spot buying, and supplier negotiations
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contracts
• Work with Finance and stakeholders to improve data accuracy
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain
• 2–5 years of procurement or spend analysis experience
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot, Lookups); Power BI is a plus
• Experience with ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, etc.)
• Good analytical and communication skills
